Apologies

I realise that this blog has only just begun and I am about to ask that you bear with me for a while.  So as the post title says, I apologise.  Hopefully you will understand that as I am having a few personal issues, as a wheelchair user it brings it own set of problems, that are meaning I am not always able to chat as I'd have hoped, and any projects are on hold.  This is not going to be a long term problem and when I reach a place I am able (and as I said my hopes are it will be sorted soon), I will regularly update with projects I am completing, and new adventures I am part of, until then..........K

Sochi Olympic Pictograms – Celebrating Sport & Craft

I was alerted to the bibs of the competing athletes in Sochi at the Winter Olympics, I wonder if anyone has noticed.  Well it intrigued me so I went online to see what it was about and why the beautiful patchwork bibs.  It appears that the games are 'celebrating Sport and Craft' to use their words and I have included a link to the designer page and the pictogram's of all the disciplines, I think they are great and it was good to read up on the history of the fashion for the Winter Games.
